ANOTHER ELECTRIC VEHICLE IN LOCAL PRODUCTION! Could Türkiye’s Most Affordable Electric Car Be the JAC E30X?
Produced in Eskişehir and set to hit the roads starting from December, JAC’s fully electric hatchback model E30X stands out with its CNCAP five-star safety rating (86%) and class-leading efficiency, consuming just 10 kWh of energy per 100 km.
With its fun and energetic design, the model is equipped with a 51.5 kWh LFP battery, offering a combined range of 374 km and up to 400 km in city driving. Compared to its competitors, the E30X provides 15% more range while entering the market at a price that is 20% more affordable — positioning it as one of the most cost-efficient electric vehicles in its segment.

Powered by a 134 HP electric motor, the model features a fast-charging capability that allows charging in just 30 minutes. Inside, it offers a clean and spacious atmosphere with a 1.45 m² panoramic sunroof (Skylight), black or brown interior color options, and a 15.6-inch touchscreen multimedia display compatible with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto — combining comfort and technology in perfect harmony. The 360-degree surround-view camera provides full control during parking and maneuvers.
The new JAC E30X enhances safety and comfort with a range of advanced driver-assistance systems including BSD (Blind Spot Detection), LDW (Lane Departure Warning), FCW (Forward Collision Warning), AEB (Autonomous Emergency Braking), LKA (Lane Keeping Assist), DOW (Door Open Warning), RCTA (Rear Cross Traffic Alert), and ICA (Intelligent Cruise Assist).
The joint venture group Urzat, established by ATMO Group — one of the world’s leading global automotive sales and distribution companies — and Urzema Holding, one of Türkiye’s major industrial corporations, will begin production in Eskişehir as of September. Within this scope, SWM will become the first Chinese brand to start local production in Türkiye, while in December, another Chinese brand, JAC, will also begin producing its new electric vehicle, the E30X, through the Urzat project.
